3. REFUND ELIGIBILITY
3.1 Faulty or Damaged Products
If your ONN product arrives damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the fault or damage may be required to process your request.
3.2 Incorrect Orders
